slide 1
Introduction
Hello, welcome to Ben and Is presentation for our audio media product which we have called The Spooky Skeleton Squad.

Slide 2
About
Now what is the spooky skeleton squad? Well it is a comedic fantasy adventure series which follows the lives of 3 skeletons who are named Arthur, Leanne and Dave.

It is set in a world called the Nether-Reaches which is a place filled with many frightening creatures and ridiculous characters. It is all presented in a silly, non-sensical tone.

Slide 3

Now who is it for?
We aim this Amp at children from ages 9-16, as it features lots of surreal humour and adventurous storylines. Because of this our AMP fits into the Ofcom pre-watershed guidelines, which means, sexual references, profanity and drug usage will not be present in the product.

Slide 4
Schedule
Also because of our young target audience our amp will have a run time of 20 minutes, as we think this is a good time frame to fit in a good story and short enough to keep the attention of young people. We also wish for it to be broadcasted at 9am as this is a time when a lot of young people will be awake. Once being broadcasted we wish to make the AMP available for download so that anyone who misses it can catch up on the website.

Slide 5
Sound
Because we have created our own world and stories our AMP will require many sound effects as a substitute for visuals to help describe to our audience what is going on.

We also require the use of music to play in the background in order add emphasis to important scenes like a battle or introduction of a character.

In order for your to get feel of what our AMP may sound like we have created a short snippet of a scene where one of our protagonists meet a crazy old man in a cave.

All our sound effects will be sourced form royalty free websites and the addresses of websites we use will be mentioned at the end of the AMP.

Slide 6
Resources
To produce our AMP we will require the use of these resources:
Microphone, computer, and a Digital Audio Workstation.

Fortunately, we already own these resources at home and have no need to hire or rent equipment.

Slide 7
Finances
Because our AMP will be produced for Sheffield Live!, who are a community radio station, we have aimed to spend as little money as possible.

Our voice actors will be voluntary as they will be made up of friends and people I know.

As mentioned before, all necessary equipment and software is all ready covered and all sound effects and music will be royalty free.

and thats that. Thank you for listening.

LO3 Bens Basketball Bash Script

Bens Basketball Bash

Ben: Hello and welcome to tonight's broadcast of Basketball Bash with me your host Ben.

Ben: Tonight is a special news broadcast. We will be discussing the recent news of the NBA. But of course as its news day I have a special guest with me, Magic Johnson an NBA hall of fame basketball player, MVP winning legend. Would you like to say hi?
Magic: Hi everyone. I'm happy to be here
Ben: I'm glad you could come. It seems you have an extremely insightful opinion on todays subjects.
Magic: Yes, actually it seems i'm actually a subject in one
Ben: Yes but before we get to that news its time to go over the today scores.
Today's game consisted of LA Lakers vs New York Knicks. The scores were 110-109. Wow Magic what do you think about this.
Magic: Well Ben as you know I used to play for the Lakers and I'm also part owner of them, however this doesn't mean that I completely agree with today's score. Although the Lakers are great and I love them, the knicks seems to be on a bad spree at the moment and I feel bad for them.
Ben: yeah I agree, but it seems that the Lakers haven't even got there best player Kobe Bryant and there still winning their games. Does this mean they don’t need him?
Magic: Well I wouldn't say that, although there winning, there having to work a lot harder for it
Ben: Yeah, but its the work is what makes the youth players into the pros.
Magic: This is true.

Ben: Anyway, now to the most recent news of all. Donald Sterling, tell me the story.

LO2 Developing my initial idea for video games synopsis

The presenter Ben will discuss with co host about recently released video games and what there opinions on them are. It will be 20 minutes long. It will include many different discussions on the news of recent games and gaming related topics.

Target Audience- The target audience for this AMP would be 13-25 year olds because 13 is the age people get into video games and 25 is the age when video games become pointless and boring. The audience would most likely be male of gender and all ethnicity's. Their interests would be video games and tech related hobbies.

I can see the amp being made every week because the demand for AMP's on video games is high, this is also an ideal frequency because the audience would be likely to lose interest in the AMP if they are left without one for a while.

The AMP would be made up of news on the latest topics within the gaming community, eg recent releases, game companies being sold and general gaming related news .

I would use a normal microphone to record the audio.

LO2 Developing my initial idea on Basketball Synopsis

 Bens Basketball Bash:
In this 15 minute podcast, the presenter Ben Buist will share his expert advice on the NBA basketball league and the future within basketball, by reading in-depth into the most recent trends in basketball. Who he thinks will be onform and playing well.

The target audience for this would be 12-50 year olds, this is because 12 is the age people will start getting into a sport properly and 50 is the age were people lose interest in their local teams. most likely male of gender, American by culture and of all ethnicity's. Wide ranges of incomes. Most likely interesting in Basketball, Sports in general.

I see the AMP being made every week and then being made available after the season starts so the audience will want weekly updates so that they don't miss out on anything related to their favourite sport.

My AMP would be made up of news, advice and predictions. I would keep it fresh quite easily by using scores from matches and creating news from these scores each week.

I will use a microphone to record my podcast.
